Twessenger 2.0 for twitter fans

I pronunce myself as twitter fan.  For those scatterbrains that does not know that twitter is, twitter is web application that track what you are doing and it publish this entry at twitter site, then you friends network can see a log of what you're doing during all day long, also you can be notified when some of your friends has updated their status. Thus you can be pretty involved with what your friend are doing. 

The great thing is, you can push this status on several Websites not on at twitter site, so your when you update your status you can automatically publish it on facebook, blogspot and several websites more.

Afterwards this walkthrough, let's get down to business. TMessenger 2.0 is a plug-in that I found on the net for Microsoft Live Messenger, and as you may thought, it push your twitter status on you messeger account.

All you need is:

• A "public" Twitter account
• Windows Live Messenger 8.1 or higher (for Windows XP or Vista)
• Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0

Installation Instructions:

Please close Windows Live Messenger and uninstall any previous versions of Twessenger before you begin.

1. Run the Twessenger.msi file to install Twessenger.
   
   
2. Open the Windows Live Messenger contact list window, click on your display name at the top of the window, and select "Options" from the drop-down menu.
   
   
3. Select "Add-ins" from the items in the left pane of the options window.
   
   
4. Click the "Add to Messenger" button and browse to the directory where Twessenger was installed. The default location is C:\Program Files\Twessenger. Select the "Twessenger.Twessenger.dll" file.
   
   
5. Now, click the "Settings" button, enter your Twitter username, and click OK.
   
   If you would like Twessenger to be automatically enabled when your status changes to Busy/Away, check the "Automatically turn on this add-in..." box. Click OK to return to your contact list.
   
   All of the above steps need to be performed only once during initial setup.
   
   
6. Click on your display name at the top of the Messenger contact list window. Click the "Turn on Twessenger" item in the drop-down menu. Your personal message should change to your latest Twitter tweet immediately.
   
   Twessenger will now automatically poll your Twitter account for updates and change your personal message at regular intervals. To disable this temporarily at any time, just click the "Turn on Twessenger" menu item again to turn it off.
